qoroom forum immerses entrepreneurs in a safe space among peers, where they can discuss important issues openly, free from the masks of success and achievement

"The forum group is like a constellation – it may seem that others are talking about their own issues, but in reality, it's all about you. It's the most valuable money I spend."

"Nothing has changed, but everything has changed!"

“Participating in forum groups once again convinced me of how valuable and exciting it is to communicate with people who have gone through similar difficulties. Even more amazing is how much it helps to reflect on and structure your own experience when you assist someone in a situation you've already faced.”

"For me, the forum serves as both a therapeutic outlet and a personal board of directors. It's a place where peers, unafraid to share their honest opinions, listen to my accumulated questions and concerns and offer invaluable advice that helps me better understand myself and make more appropriate choices in real life."

The forum addresses a wide range of topics, from work-related and professional career questions to personal, family, and other issues that concern participants.

Examples of topics discussed include:

  • How do you decide whether to sell a business now or stay to focus on growth and results?
  • How do you choose a project to prioritize?
  • How can you overcome procrastination?
  • How long should you stay focused on what's important?
  • How can you build effective communication within the family?
  • What should you do if you're in a monogamous relationship but feel a desire for polyamory?
  • How should you handle annoying colleagues?
  • How can you achieve success without overwhelming yourself?

Each meeting can last between 3.5 to 4 hours. Every participant may bring one request to the forum meeting at their discretion. However, only one or two requests will be selected for discussion. The requests are chosen by a group vote among the participants.

A standard meeting includes the following segments:

  • Icebreaker
  • Forum update
  • Presentation of one request from each participant and voting on which requests will be discussed
  • Discussion of the first selected request (approximately 1.5 hours)
  • Discussion of the second selected request in a similar manner.

The group is formed based on the relevance of participants to each other. Their life and work experiences should align with those of the other members. Each participant undergoes a vibe check to ensure compatibility.

The core composition of the group remains stable over time, but participants may leave if the group no longer feels relevant to them, or join if there are available spots.

The selection and placement of participants into groups takes place through several sequential stages:

Stage 1: The participant submits an application to join a forum group.

Stage 2: The participant attends an interview with the administrator and facilitator of the Quoroom service.

Stage 3: The participant attends an initial paid meeting, where they get to know the other participants and the facilitator. Afterward, feedback is collected from everyone, and a decision is made on whether the participant will continue in the group with its current composition. If a participant chooses not to continue with a specific group, they may apply for another group.

If the group is already established, a new participant may join after an interview with the facilitator and a current group member.

Acceptance of a new participant into an active group is based on a consensus among all group members and the facilitator.

Each group is led by a professional facilitator who guides the meetings, monitors the timing of discussions, and ensures adherence to the group's regulations.

A facilitator is someone experienced in managing group processes, therapeutic work, or coaching.
